Return Policy
Return Conditions
We want you to love your Candie Apple purchase so if for some reason you are not happy with your order, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition (unworn, unused, unwashed) with the tags still attached and must be accompanied by the original invoice, box and/or packaging. Please print and fill out our Return Form which must be included with your returned merchandise.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be made in the form of store credit for the full purchase price of your merchandise (less shipping and handling).
Due to limited merchandise quantities and quickly changing inventory, exchanges are not available. If you wish to re-order the returned item in a different size or color, and it is still available, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we receive your return, we'll issue the refund.
Exceptions
• All sales of gift certificates, jewelry, clearance merchandise and items marked as Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned.
• If the return is a result of our error, please contact Customer Service and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.
Return Shipping
You can ship your returned merchandise via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise as the items are your responsibility until it reaches us. Candie Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Steps to Return Your Merchandise
1. Make sure merchandise is unworn and undamaged, with tags attached
2. Pack the item(s) securely and in the original package/box, if possible
3. Fill out the Return Form and include it in the shipment along with the original invoice
4. Pease note on the shipment package that they are RETURNED GOODS
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
6. Mail the package to our return address (see below)
7. Keep your return tracking number safe to ensure the package reaches us safely
8. You can expect a refund (by way of store credit) within 30 days of receipt
