Shipping Destinations
Candie Apple currently ships to the Continental U.S. and Canada Only. Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or to APO/FPO/P.O addresses.
Ship-Out Time
It generally takes 1-3 business days to process an order for shipment. The actual shipping time depends on your selected shipping method (see below). Please Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the pre-order item is available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place your pre-order separately.
Shipping Methods
• Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 6-8 business days to arrive from the shipped-out date, but may take up to 10 business days, excluding holidays. See Shipping Rates Below.
• Express Delivery
Express delivery usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive from the shipped-out date when your order is placed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. See Shipping Rates Below.
• Canada Shipping
Shipping to Canada usually takes 8-12 business days (excluding holidays) to
arrive from the shipped-out date, depending on your location. See Shipping Rates Below.
